Mixed Ability Pilates

Working from the inside out and focusing on core strength, this Mixed Ability Pilates class will increase fitness levels and gently mobilise the spine.

Suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities. 

 

Beginners and Improvers Pilates

Perfect if you're new to Pilates, each class works on different aspects of core mobility and strength, with the benefits of stress relief and a calm mind. 

Suitable for Beginners nd Improvers.

A slower 45-50 minute class for those at the beginning of their Pilates journey or recovering from illness or injury.

Suitable for: All levels. Please wear appropriate trainers.

Suitable for: Newcomers, beginners, improvers

NEW Sagalates

Are you worried about your ability to stand and do exercises? Are you keen to improve your posture and feel stronger? Are you concerned about your ability to stand or get down onto a mat to exercise?

If so, Sagalates is for you.  These exercises are chair-based or involve you standing behind the chair for support.  In this 45 minute class you will learn how to sit and stand taller, strengthen your muscles and mobilise your spine.

Keep it Moving! 50+ Fitness Class

A low impact workout designed to maintain fitness and support any individual concerns with a stretch and relaxation session to finish. 

Suitable for: All abilities, 50+
